KitaabAI provides tools for planning, drafting, researching, reviewing, marketing and exporting non-fiction books. You are responsible for reviewing the material created through the service before relying on, publishing or distributing it.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

You can sign in with an email and password or with Google.

You keep your rights in the manuscripts, outlines, notes and other content you provide. You give KitaabAI permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the features you choose to use.

You should only upload or generate material you are entitled to use and publish.

AI output can contain mistakes, unsupported statements, repetition or material that needs editing. KitaabAI is designed around human review, but you remain responsible for checking facts, sources, originality, safety and suitability before publication.

AI output is not professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.

KitaabAI is free during early access, as shown on the Pricing page. No payment is collected.

Paid plans may be introduced later. Any price will be shown on the Pricing page and at checkout before you are asked to pay, and these terms will be updated to describe it.

Do not use KitaabAI to break the law, infringe another person's rights, gain unauthorized access to systems, distribute malware, abuse service limits or intentionally interfere with the service.

Features may change, improve, be replaced or become temporarily unavailable. We aim to preserve users' books and working flows when making product changes, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Access may be limited or suspended when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce these terms, address security problems or comply with legal obligations.

KitaabAI is provided as a writing and productivity tool. You are responsible for your final manuscript, publication decisions and use of generated material. To the extent permitted by applicable law, KitaabAI is provided without guarantees that every AI response or generated document will be error-free or suitable for every purpose.
